Mike and Tammy Riggs came to Peru in 2003 with the desire to train pastors and establish a Bible institute in a country where the Church is growing more rapidly.
In 2007, Mike and Tammy sensed the leading of the Lord and refined their calling to focus on training pastors and leaders in the city of Andahuaylas in southern Peru.
